Prices

The cost of living in the Central Lancashire region is generally lower than in many other parts of the UK and so we can offer our students a high standard of living at very reasonable prices.

Below are the prices for each university-owned residence during the previous academic year- 18th Sept 05 - 3rd June 06 (unless otherwise stated*).

The prices include the room reservation fee of £250, and include gas, electricity and water charges.

A reservation fee of £250.00 will be required once an offer has been made. (Please do not send any payment with the application form)

*If your course continues after the 28 May 2005 you must make arrangements with the Student Accommodation Service to extend your contract although this may involve a transfer to another room.

** Excessive use of gas, electricity and water may be charged for by the University.
