By UKJournalism

Henry Winter, football correspondent from the Daily Telegraph

When David Beckham wanted to tell the world why he had deliberately got booked he spoke to Henry Winter. Now Henry is doing some speaking of his own, to students at the University.

Henry, the football correspondent of the Daily Telegraph, is to visit Preston on Tuesday November 23 when he will hold a question-and-answer session for students on the newly-created BA (Hons) Sports Journalism course plus many others.

Henry, a graduate from St Andrews University in Scotland, has covered three World Cups and all the biggest club matches for a decade and appears frequently on television and radio programmes devoted to football.

Before moving to the Telegraph he was a sports sub-editor/reporter for The Independent.
